Vanjara finds ‘Himself’

Vanjara is back with a bang, coz this time he has found himself. Found himself on the bathroom floor in the form of a firefly. The small insect which caught the attention of this rambling blogger enlightened him with his own self.
What was the purpose of that small firefly sitting aimlessly on the bathroom floor, not knowing when will it be crushed to death! For whom was he throwing the light of its own, was he really aware that it was spreading light or was it just unintentional. And the fact that prevails above all, I don’t remember the last time I noticed a firefly in the daylight although it always existed…. And even today, I only spotted it when I turned off the lights…
Moral of the story: Dump the song ‘Don’t turn of the lights’.. Its sometimes good to be in the dark tonight ;)

Jithey tere murhkey vich tarr jana..

Mai dariya vich vehendey paani vangh,
Naal hawa de udd jana,
Fer baddlan sameet khushbu laike,
Aalhney apne nu murh auna..

Mai timtimaundey jugnu vangu,
mainu diney na vekhey tu keh kaana,
Jadd des tere vich painda hanera,
Mera lashkara tainu jach jaana,

Main na nahi, Haraam nahi,
Mai dukhan vich dhaldi shaam nahi,
Din da mai parchava nahi jo naal hanare rull jana,
Mai chanhna kardi ruh bhatakdi, Mai tere vajon ki laina…
